 جیسے ہی انہیں آواز کی سمت کا ادراک ہوا وہ کالی آنکھوں والے شہزادے کے کمرے کی جانب دوڈے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کمرے کا دروازا اندر سے لاک تھا!۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

جابی لاؤ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔” کسی نے دور سے آواز لگائی تو کوئی جابی کی تلاش میں دوڈا۔

 کمرے میں اندھیرا چھایا ہوا تھا کھڑکی سے بجلی کی کڑکڑاہٹ بادلوں کی گرج چمک سے کمرے کے ماحول میں ایک خوفناک منظر پیدا ہوراہا تھا ۔۔۔

 اس کے ہاتھ پسینے سے شرابور تھے شدت سے بیڈ شیٹ کو مٹھیوں میں دبوچتی وہ نیند میں بھی خوفزدہ ہو کر ایک جھٹکے سے اٹھ بیٹھی ۔۔۔۔۔

 نورم کی بے حد کم آواز تھی اسکی سسکیاں جب رابیا بیگم کے کانوں سے ٹکرائیں تو وہ پاس بیٹھی گوٹھنوں میں سر دے نورم کو دیکھتی کمرے میں بٹن آن کر کے اجالا کر گائیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔

نورم مسلسل کانپ رہی تھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
