نہیں نجمہ بھابی یہ بس ان کے ساتھ کھیلنا چاہ رہی ہے ( زبیدہ آفاق سامنے بیٹھے بچوں کے ٹولوں کو دیکھتی اپنی ننھی سی ڈیڈھ پری کو ساتھ لگاتی ہو ئی بولیں)
کھیلنا نہیں چاہ رہی یہ ان کے کھلونوں کو اٹھا اٹھا کر پھینک رہی ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔( نجمہ غصے سے بولیں)

وجی کمال آپ میری۔۔۔۔ اذیتوں ۔۔۔میری ماں کے آنسوؤں۔۔۔۔میرے گزرے دس سالوں میں بہتے ہر ہر آنسوؤں کی وجہ ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
( وہ بول رہی تھی اور وجی سانس روکے اسے سن رہا تھا)
میں دلآویز آفاق اب آپ کے ساتھ نہیں رہنا چاہتی۔۔۔۔اپکی سزا یہی ہے کہ ساری زندگی کا فراق اور ہجر آپکا مقدر ہو ۔۔۔۔مجھے اب آپ سے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔طلاق چاہیے ۔۔۔۔۔یہی سزا ہے میرے گزرے سالوں کی آپ کے لیے۔۔۔۔۔۔ دلآویز اس وقت سنگدلی کی اس حد پہ تھی جہاں سے وجی کی زندگی کا اختتام ہوا اور وہ ویران سا بے بس وجود لیے اسکے الفاظ خود کے اندر اتارتا گیا۔
