۔ وہ ابھی ماہرا سے کچھ کہنے ہیں والا تھا کہ اسکا موبائل بول اٹھا ۔ اس نے جلدی سے میسج چیک کیا جسکو دیکھنے کے بعد اسکی آنکھوں سے شرارے پھوٹنے لگے ۔ اس نے بنا اسکے حسین روپ کی پرواہ کیے اسے بالوں سے پکڑ کر بیڈ سے اتارا۔ ماہیرا اس اچانک افتاد پر سنبھل بھی نہ پائی اور اسکے ساتھ کھنچتی چلی گئی ۔ اسنے ماہرا کو کھڑا کر کے موبائل اسکے سامنے لہرایا۔ جسکو دیکھ کر ماہیرا کی آنکھیں پھٹنے والی ہو گئیں اور پھر اس سے پہلے کہ وہ اپنی صفائی میں کچھ کہتی عاطف نے اسے بستر پر دھکا دیا اور اس سے اسکی ساری خوشیاں چهین لیں ۔

میں عاطف حمید پورے ہوش و حواس میں تمہیں طلاق دیتا ہوں ۔ طلاق دیتا ہوں ۔ طلاق دیتا ہوں ۔

 یہ کہ کر وہ کمرے سے نکلتا چلا گیا ۔ یہ سب کیا ہوگیا۔ وہ تو سنبھل بھی نہ پائی تھی اور آناً فاناً اسکی سب خوشیاں لٹ گئی تھیں اور اسے اپنی صفائی دینے کا موقع بھی نہیں ملا تھا ۔ سب کی لاڈلی کو کیسی آزمائش میں ڈال دیا گیا تھا ۔

صبح حب آسیہ بیگم ( مسز حمید) نے دروازه کھٹ کھٹایا تو اس نے اٹھے کر دروازه کھولا ۔ اسے اتنی بری حالت میں دیکھ کر انہوں نے اپنے دل پر ہاتھ رکھا ۔ وہ رات والے حلیے میں تھی اور رونے سے آنکھوں کا میک اپ پورے منہ پر پھیل چکا تھا۔

کیا ہوا بچے ؟ اور عاطف کہاں ہے ؟

وہ رات کو ہی چلے گئے تھے ۔ انہوں نے مجھے طلاق دے دی  یہ بتاتے ہوئے وہ دوبارہ رودی

اس بات نے آسیہ بیگم کے پیروں تلے زمین کھینچ لی۔ تھوڑی دیر بعد وہ ہمت کرکے اپنے کمرے تک گئیں۔ اور پھر کچھ دیر میں اسکے گھروالے سب وہاں موجود تھے اور وہ اپنی ماں کے گلے لگی بری طرح رو رہی تھی۔ سب ہی رکھی تھے اور سمجھ نہیں پا رہے تھے کہ یہ سب کیا ہو گیا۔ حمید صاحب عاطف کو فون کر رہے تھے اور وہ فون بند کر چکا تھا ۔ تھوڑی دیر میں وہ گھر میں موجود تھا۔ حمید صاحب نے اسے دیکھتے ہی کھینچ کر ایک تھپڑ لگایا ۔ اسکی آنکھوں میں خون اتر آیا۔

بابا مجھے مارنے سے پہلے اپنی لاڈلی کے کرتوت تو دیکھ ہیں۔  اس نے وہی تصویریں نکال کر انکے سامنے کر دیں جنہیں وہ دیکھ نہ پائے اور نظر جھکا لی ۔
