بے شک ہم نے اسے ایک برکت والی رات میں نازل کیا ، بے شک ہم ڈرانا چاہتے ہیں (اس کے ذریعے) سارے کاموں کا فیصلہ اسی میں کیا جاتا ہے

اس مبارک رات میں پورے سال میں ہونے والے امور دنیا کے نہایت پائیدار اور ٹھوس فیصلے کر کے فرشتوں کے حوالے کر دیے جاتے ہیں کی فلاں فرشتے نے عروج و زوال ، فلاں نے قحط و ارزانی ، موت و زندگانی کی ڈیوٹی دینی ہے۔ فلاں نے بارشوں برسانی ہیں پھر اس پر فرشتے عمل درآمد کرتے ہیں

سوچوں کے طلاطم میں عرض ہوئی کہ حضور ملکِ ارض و سما نے ڈیوٹیاں تو ساری فرشتوں کو دے دیں پھر یہ مومنین کس لیے ؟ یعنی کسی جگہ یہ نہیں فرمایا کہ اے مومن ہواؤں کے رخ توں موڑنا ، بارشیں توں برسانا ، رزق لوگوں تک توں پہچانا ، فلاں کی حفاظت توں کرنا ، جنت دوزخ کی نگہبانی توں کرنا۔

قبلہ کی زبان سے حدیثِ مبارکہ گزری کہ حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللّٰہ عنہ کریم و مہربان محبوب خدا صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے عرض کی کہ فرشتے کون ہیں تو آپ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ ملائکہ میرے گھر والوں کے خادم ہیں
