دسمبر میں جہاں راتیں سرد اور لمبی ہونا شروع ہوجاتی ہیں 

ایسے ہی ایک سرد رات میں سنسان سڑک پر ایک شخص گرتا پھرتا چل رہا تھا..

اتنی سردی میں بھی وہ ڈریس سفید شرٹ پہنے  جس پر جگہ جگہ خون کے داغ لگئے ہوئے نظر آرہے تھے

وہ ایک ہاتھ میں اپنا مہنگا ترین فون اپنے کان سے لگائے کسی سے رابطہ کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا تھا

مگر اس  گہنے جنگل میں وہ کسی سے بھی رابطہ نہیں کر پارہا  تھا

جبکہ دوسرا ہاتھ اسکا اپنے پیٹ پر آئے رخم پر تھا —

جہاں سے خون بہتے زمین پر نشان چھوڑتا جارہا تھا —

وہ چلتے چلتے کافی دور نکل آیا –اچانک اس سے چلنا مشکل ہونے لگا

زخم سے اٹھتے درد کی وجہ سے وہ وہی سڑک پر لیٹ سا گیا–

درد کی ایک لہر اسکے جسم میں دوڑی–جس کی وجہ سے

اس نے اپنی آنکھیں  سختی سے میچی —

اسکا جسم آہستہ آہستہ بے جان ہورہا تھا- اس نے دوبارہ اپنی

آنکھیں آہستہ آہستہ  کھولی –تبھی سامنے سے آتی گاڑی کی

ہیٹ لائٹس اسکی آنکھوں میں پڑھی اس نے بامشکل اپنا ہاتھ آنکھوں کے آگے رکھا–

تاکہ روشنی اسکی آنکھوں میں نہ پڑھے

— گاڑی کچھ فاصلے پر روکی اندر سے ایک لڑکا اور لڑکی

باہر نکلتے اسکی طرف بڑھے اسے زخمی حالت میں

دیکھتے اسکے بھاری وجود کو  اٹھاتے اپنی کار کی طرف لاتے اسے پیچھلی سیٹ پر لیٹا دیا– اور اسے مسلسل کہتے رہے —

“دیکھے آپکو ہوش میں رہنا ہے مجھے یقین ہے آپ میری بات سمجھ رہے ہو گے– ” اس نے انکی بات پر ہلکا سا سر ہلاتے انکو یقین دلایا —
