ماں کی ناراضگی ۔۔۔۔۔
دادا کی بے بسی ۔۔۔۔۔۔
اور دلہن کا کامل صبر ۔۔۔۔۔۔
وہ خوفناک خواب جو وہ نکاح کے بعد سے ہر روز سوتے جاگتے دیکھتی آرہی تھی اب سچ ہونے کے قریب تھا دل معصوم پرندے کی طرح سینے میں کہیں پھڑپھڑا کر رہ گیا۔۔۔۔
اللّٰہُ کا ورد کرتی وہ سر جھکا کر بیٹھ گئی بہت عجیب لگ رہا تھا اسے چہرے پر نقاب نہیں تھا مگر سرخ گھونگھٹ میں ڈھکا ہوا تھا ۔۔۔۔۔
کمرے کے ارد گرد اس کے بچے کی طرح ہی سیاہی پھیلی ہوئی تھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔
ایک بھی شیشہ موجود نہیں تھا کمرے میں۔۔۔۔۔
اسے پورا یقین تھا چند لمحوں میں اس کا نائٹ میئر پورا ہوجائے گا وہ پاگل اندر آئے گا اور آتے ساتھ ہی اس کی گردن دبا دے گا اور وہ بڑوں کے مان رکھنے کے چکر میں آج اس کے ہاتھوں ماری جائے گی اور اسے تو جیل یا سزا بھی نہیں ہوگی ۔۔۔۔
ہائے اسے یہ دکھ مار رہا تھا کہ اسے مارنے کے بعد بھی داؤد کو سزا نہیں ملے گی ۔۔۔۔۔وہ خیالی پلاؤ پکاتی جانے کہا کھو گئی تھی
جب اپنی کلائیوں پر ٹھنڈا لمس محسوس ہوا تھا
توقع کے عین مطابق وہ اچھل اس کی اچھلنے کی عادت ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
داؤد کو اس کی کلائیوں کی چوڑیوں کے ساتھ چھیڑ چھاڑ کر رہا تھا اس کے اچھلنے پر سہم کر دوڑ ہوا ۔۔۔۔۔۔
کشوہ کے گلے کی ہڈی ابھر کر معدوم ہوئی تھی ۔۔۔۔۔
د۔۔۔د۔۔داؤد ۔۔۔۔۔ آواز پھڑپھڑا گئی تھی
وہ اونچا لمبا مگر سا شخص کریم رنگ کی شیروانی میں آنکھوں میں خوف لئیے اس کے سامنے تھا
مگر وہ دوبارہ اس کے قریب ہوکر اس کی چوڑیاں چھیڑنے لگا ان کے ارتعاش سے پیدا ہونے والی آواز کشوہ کا دل بہت زور سے دھڑکا گئی
دل کی حالت عجیب کشمکش میں تھی وہ تو بہت سوچ چکی تھی مگر یہ تو سب کچھ الٹا ہوگیا ۔۔۔۔۔
نہ تو داؤد نے اسے مارا نہ گلا دبایا نہ کوئی ڈراؤنی حرکت کی ۔۔۔۔۔
