کجھ دن پہلے مجھ پہ انکشاف ہوا ہے کے ڈیڈی نے ہماری پیاری امی کو شادی کی منہ دیکھائی میں میڈیکل کالج کا فارم دیا تھا۔معصومہ اتنا کہتی زور زور سے ہنسنے لگی عماد آئبرو اُپر کیے ناسمجھی سے اُس کو دیکھنے لگا
تمہیں نہیں پتا اے ایکسپلین یو۔معصومہ نے ہنسی روک کر کہا
یو نو نہ امی پڑھائی سے الرجک تھی اور اُس کے باوجود سب چاہتے تھے وہ ڈاکٹر بنے جو کی ممی کے لیے ناممکن سا تھا پر ڈیڈی نے اُن کو ڈاکٹر بناکر ہی دم لیا تب سے میں سوچ رہی ذرہ پڑھائی کو سنجیدہ لیا جائے ایسا نہ ہو میرا خصم بھی جو ہو مجھے کوئی کتاب منہ دیکھائی میں دے۔
میں شادی تم سے کروں گی۔

معصومہ کی بات سن کر عماد کے دماغ میں بھولی بھالی یاد تازہ ہوئی

جس کو وہ نظرانداز کرگیا۔

ابھی معصومہ اپنی دونوں بانہیں پِھیلا کر یہی بول کر جیسے ہی گول گول گھومنے لگی سامنے آتے لڑکے کو تھپڑ لگ گیا اُس کے ہاتھ سے جس سے سب اُن کی طرف متوجہ ہوئے لڑکا جب کی غصے سے معصومہ کو گھورا رہا تھا جو لب دانتو تلے دبائے اپنے قدم پیچھے لینے لگی جس سے اُس کی پشت عماد کے سینے سے لگی۔

کیا ہاؤ ڈیئر یو تم یونی میں نیو کمر ہو نہ

۔معصومہ اُس کے غصے کا اثر لیے بنا بولی عماد گہری سانس بھرتا ہاتھ میں پہنی گھڑی میں وقت دیکھنے لگا۔
ہاں تو۔لڑکا کجھ نرم ہوا
تو بات ختم یہ ہمارے یونی والوں کا اسٹائل ہے ہر نیو کمر کو تھپڑ مار کر اُس کا ویلکم کرتے ہیں۔معصومہ نے معصوم شکل بنائے کہا جس سے آس پاس کھڑے اسٹوڈنٹس نے اپنی ہنسی کا گلا گھونٹا
ایسا ویلکم۔لڑکا بے یقین ہوا

بلکل یہ یونیک اسٹائل ہے۔معصومہ نے فرضی کالر اکڑائے

چلو تم۔عماد اُس کی کلائی مضبوطی سے پکڑتا لمبے لمبے ڈگ بھرتا ایک کلاس چھوڑے دوسرے کلاس میں لے گیا جب کی وہ لڑکا ابھی بھی شاک میں تھا
سرفراز لڑکی تھی بڑی کمال کی۔جس کے چہرے پہ تھپڑ پڑا اُس کا ساتھی کمینگی سے بولا
او مسٹر جس کو تم کمال بول رہے ہو نہ اُس کا نام معصومہ ہے پر اُس کو معصوم ہرگز مت سمجھنا ایک منٹ میں نانی یاد کروادیتی ہے۔وہاں جمع ہوئی بھیڑ میں سے ایک لڑکا اُس کے خیالات جان کر وارن کرنے لگا۔
چلو تم چھوڑو انہیں۔سرفراز اپنے ساتھی سے کہتا واک آوٴٹ کرگیا۔
