میرا یہاں کوئی کام ہو نہ ہو مگر آپ کو اِس لڑکی کو چھوڑنا ہوگا۔کیا آپ کو اِس کا رونا سسکنا نظر نہیں آرہا؟داؤد افسوس بھری نظروں سے اُس کو دیکھ کر بولا تو ماہ پارا نے نخوت سے سرجھٹکا۔۔۔
دیکھو لڑکے تم یہاں ہمیں اچھائی کا پارٹ نہ پڑھاؤ اور جاؤ یہاں سے رہا اِس لڑکی کا رونا سسکنا تو وہ جلدی ختم ہوجائے گا۔۔۔۔ماہ پارہ کوفت سے بولی تو داؤد ہاتھوں کی مٹھیاں بھینچتا دندناتا کمرے میں داخل ہوتا اُس لڑکی کا ہاتھ پکڑ کر کھڑا کیا تو ماہ پارہ تو اپنی جگہ دنگ رہ گئ وہ لڑکی بھی اپنا رونا بھول کر حیرت اُس شخص کو دیکھنے لگی جو اُس کے حق میں بول رہا تھا۔۔۔۔۔
ہاتھ چھوڑ لڑکی کا اگر بھاء گئ ہے تو ایک رات کا سودہ ہوج
بکواس مت کریں۔۔۔داؤد دھاڑا تو ایک پل کو ماہ پارہ کو اُس سے خوف محسوس ہوا تھا۔۔۔اپنی ذات کو یوں بے مول ہوتا دیکھ کر ایک بار پھر اُس کی آنکھوں سے گرم سیال بہے تھے۔۔۔۔
دیکھو لڑکی کا ہاتھ چھوڑو ورنہ اگر میں اپنے آدمیوں کو آواز دوں گی تمہارے لیے اچھا نہیں ہوگا۔۔۔ماہ پارہ خود کو کمپوز کرتی اُس کو وارن کرنے لگی۔۔۔۔۔
مجھے یہ لڑکی چاہیے ہمیشہ کے لیے۔۔۔ایک پل لگا تھا داؤد کو فیصلہ کرنے میں جس پہ وہ جو اُس کو خود کا ہمدم سمجھ بیٹھی تھی بے دردی سے اپنی کلائی اُس کی مضبوط گرفت سے چُھڑوانا چاہی مگر اُس کی حرکت پہ داؤد کی گرفت میں مزید سختی در آئی تھی۔۔۔
پئسے ہیں تیرے پاس دیکھ اگر ہمیشہ کے لیے چاہیے تو پئسا بھی اُتنا لگے گا۔۔۔ماہ پارہ کی آنکھوں میں لالچ کی شبیہہ نمایاں ہوئی۔۔۔
کتنے پئسے چاہیے؟داؤد دوٹوک لہجے میں بولا
تیس لاکھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ماہ پارہ غور سے اُس کے تاثرات جانچتی بولی
میں کوئی بکاؤ شے نہیں ہوں۔۔۔۔وہ جو اب تک خاموش تھی بلآخر چیخ کر بولی۔۔۔
میں تیار ہوں دینے کے لیے۔۔۔۔۔۔داؤد سنجیدگی سے کہتا اپنے وولٹ سے پچیس لاکھ کا چیک نکالنے لگا جو اُس نے زمان سے لیا مگر اُس کی بدقسمتی تھی یا خوشقسمتی تھی اُس نے خرچ نہیں کیا تھا۔
