“ہم کب تک یہاں رہیں گے ؟” جنت نے دونوں ہاتھ گالوں پر رکھتے سوال کیا۔

“اگلے ہفتے تک۔۔کل ہم ایک واٹر فال پر دیکھنے جائیں گے ۔۔پھر کچھ مزید جگہیں ۔۔”

“شاندار! ” وہ پرجوش سی مسکرائی۔

“لیکن کچھ سنجیدہ مسئلے ہیں جن پر میں بات کرنا چاہتی ہوں ۔۔اس کے بعد ہی میں بے فکری سے تمہارے ساتھ یہ سیر و سیاحت کا شوق پورا کرسکوں گی ۔۔” وہ کچھ سنجیدہ ہوئی۔

شیر نے گہری سانس لی اور اثبات میں گردن ہلائی۔

“ٹھیک ہے۔۔ابھی ہم اس سب پر بات کرلیتے ہیں ۔۔اس کے بعد پھر نہیں۔۔” شیر نے تائیدی  نظروں سے اسے دیکھا۔

“Alright!”

“میں اپنے ڈیڈ کے بارے میں جاننا چاہتی ہوں۔۔” وہ آہستگی سے بولی۔شیر پہلے ہی جانتا تھا کہ وہ یہی پوچھے گی۔

“جنت! تمہارے ڈیڈ پاکستانی سرکار کی قید میں ہیں۔”اس نے نرمی سے کہا۔جنت فقط خاموشی سے اس کی طرف دیکھتی رہی۔
