کہانی کا خلاصہ
یہ کہانی فارس رحمان کی ہے، جو کسی اور سے محبت کرتا ہے، مگر خاندانی دشمنی کے نتیجے میں اسے کشمالہ شاہ سے نکاح کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ ابتدا میں وہ اس رشتے کو محض ایک ذمہ داری سمجھتا ہے، لیکن جلد ہی اس کی محبت کشمالہ کے لیے جاگ اٹھتی ہے۔
حویلی میں کشمالہ کو تسلیم نہیں کیا جاتا، مگر فارس سب کے سامنے اسے عزت اور بیوی کا درجہ دیتا ہے۔ دوسری طرف کشمالہ، جو یہاں رہنا نہیں چاہتی، اپنے لالہ کے ساتھ بھاگنے کا منصوبہ بناتی ہے، مگر فارس سب جانتے ہوئے بھی اس کے ساتھ نرمی سے پیش آتا ہے۔

فارس کی سوتیلی ماں کو کشمالہ کی حیثیت قبول نہیں ہوتی اور وہ اس کے خلاف سازشیں کرتی ہے۔ جب فارس کشمالہ کی حفاظت کے لیے اپنی طاقت کا مظاہرہ کرتا ہے تو دشمنوں کے سینے پر سانپ لوٹنے لگتا ہے۔ بڑی بی بی اپنے مقصد کے لیے شاہوں سے ہاتھ ملا لیتی ہے، مگر جب کشمالہ کو فارس پر قاتلانہ حملے کی خبر ملتی ہے، تو وہ سب کچھ چھوڑ کر اسے بچانے نکلتی ہے۔
