مجھے تیرے انتظار میں بیٹھے بیٹھے
اب اتنا وقت بیت چکا ہے
کہ جن ملکوں میں کبھی جنگیں تھیں ۔
ان میں بھی آج بغیر معاہدوں کے صلح ہے
اور مجھے محبت کی اشد ضرورت ہے۔
کہ میرا دامن اب نفرتوں سے بھر چکا ہے۔
مجھ سے محبت کرنی ہے
تو کچھ قوانین بہت لازم ہیں
پہلا یہ کہ تم میرے سوإ
کسی اور سے کوٸی بات نا کرو
میرے دیس میں جتنے محبت کرنے والے کامیاب ہوۓ
سب منافق ٹھہرے
میرے دیس میں جو محبت میں مومن تھا۔
وہ جون کب کا مر چکا۔
