وہ سوال نہیں کر رہا تھا۔ شاید جواب دے رہا تھا۔ حقیقت بتا رہا تھا یا شاید اپنے ذہن کی قید کے باعث جنم لیتی سوچ آشکار کر رہا تھا۔
“تم بتاؤ۔ کیا کر سکتے ہیں ہم؟”
وہ آنکھوں میں آنکھیں ڈالے پوچھ رہی تھی۔
“فرسٹ آف آل آرفن ہاؤسز پر ریگولرلی چیک رکھنا چاہیے، اور جب کوئی کمپلین ریجسٹر ہو تو اس مسئلے کو فوری طور پر ایڈریس کرنا چاہیے ایسے بہت سے کیسز موجود ہیں جہاں فورسز نے ایکشن تو لیا مگر ان کے لیٹ ایکشں کی وجہ سے بہت بھیانک نتائج سامنے آئے۔ سیکنڈلی
جب ان بچوں کو ایڈوپ کیا جائے تو پراپر انویٹسگیشن کی جائے کیوں کے ایسے بہت سارے کیسز ہیں جن میں بچوں کو ایڈوپ کرنے کے بعد یا تو بیچ دیا جاتا ہے یا پھر وہ چائلڈ لیبر کا شکار ہو جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن یہ سب سٹیٹ کی ذمہ داری ہے، ہم کچھ نہیں کر سکتے۔”
وہ کاندھے اچکاتے ہوئے بولا۔
“مجھے لگتا شیطان کا سب سے بڑا مکر بھی یہی ہوتا ہے
کہ وہ انسان کو یقین دلاتا ہے کہ وہ بےبس ہے۔لیکن انسان بےبس نہیں ہوتا آغر۔ انسان ہی تو کبھی بے بس نہیں ہوتا۔ وہ کچھ نہ بھی کر سکتا ہو تب بھی وہ دعا کر سکتا ہے۔”
وہ آہستہ آہستہ بول رہی تھی شاید اس لئے کہ مقابل کو اس کی بات سمجھ آ جائے۔
“اور جہاں تک اس بات کا تعلق ہے میرے خیال سے ہمیں ایسے بچوں کو کام پر رکھ لینا چاہیے۔ جب ہم جیسے لوگ انھیں ٹھکرا دیتے ہیں نا تب وہ درندوں کے ہتھے چڑھ جاتے ہیں۔ انھیں کام چاہیے ہوتا ہے اور اس کام کے بدلے میں وہ ہر غلط صحیح چیز برداشت کرنے لگتے ہیں اور وہ کاٹیشن تو سنی ہی ہو گی تم نے۔
