میں خوفزدہ تھی
” آپ دونوں کو نہیں لگتا کہ یہاں آپکی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔” اس کے ایک دم کہنے پر بدران اور عمر نے ایک دوسرے کو دیکھا اور پھر داعبہ کو۔بدران سر ہلاتے اٹھ کھڑا ہوا۔
” ہاں ٹھیک کہا تم مے چلو عمر مجھے بھی کچھ ضروری بات کرنی ہے۔” عمر نے اٹھتے ہوئے داعبہ کو دیکھا پھر بدران کے پیچھے چلتا باہر گارڈن میں نکل آیا۔ان کے جاتے ہی بدیعہ بھی جیسے ریلیکس ہوگئی تھی۔
” میں جانتی ہوں داعبہ کہ میرا کوئی بھی لفظ کوئی بھی عمل میرے کئیے کی تلافی نہیں کرسکتا مگر یقین جانو
ممم۔۔۔میں وہ سب کچھ جان بوجھ کر نہیں کرتی تھی۔۔۔وہ ۔۔۔وہ سب تو بس
۔۔۔ممم۔۔۔میں خوفزدہ تھی۔میں اوپر سے جتنا بھی بہادر بنتی جتنا بھی لاتعلق رہتی ی
ہ میں ہی جانتی ہوں کہ اس سب سے میرا اندر کتنا متاثر ہوتا تھا۔” وہ بولتی جارہی تھی کیسے اگر چپ ہوئی تو اپنا موقع گنوادے گی۔
۔تم ہر چیز نہیں جانتی
” تمہیں لگتا ہے میں نے کبھی تمہاری طرح مام کے سامنے آنے کی کوشش نہیں کی کبھی ڈیڈ کو روکنے کی کوشش نہیں کی مگر میں تم سے دس سال بڑی ہوں۔تم ہر چیز نہیں جانتی۔” وہ سانس لینے کو رکی اور داعبہ کی طرف دیکھا جو نظریں نیچے کئیے سب سن رہی تھی۔
” میں بھی تمہاری طرح کئی بار ڈیڈ کے کے سامنے آکر مام کو بچانے کی کوشش کرچکی تھی مگر شاید تم جیسی بہادر نہیں تھی۔” اس کی تلخ آواز پر داعبہ نے سر اٹھا کر اسے دیکھا جسکے چہرے پر مسکراہٹ تھی اور آنکھوں میں نمی۔آنہھیں تو اسکی بھی بھر آئی تھیں مگر اس نے اپنے آنسو پیچھے دھکیل دیئے تھے۔وہ اس فن میں ماہر تھی۔
برف بھرے جنگل
” میں بھی تمہاری طرح نو سال کی تھی۔تمہاری اس عمر نے تمہیں بہادر بنادیا اور مجھے بزدل۔ ہم تب روس میں تھے جہاں ڈیڈ نے اس جنگل میں اپنا محل بنا رکھا تھا اور اس محل کے اردگرد کئی وولفز( wolfs) . میری بس اتنی غلطی تھی کہ انکا مام کی طرف بڑھتا ہاتھ روک دیا تھا۔انظوں نے مجھے اس برف بھرے جنگل میں بھگایا تھا اور میرے پیچھے وہ بھیڑیئے تھے۔اگر ڈیڈ نے وہ سب مجھے سبق سکھانے کیلئے نہ کیا ہوتا تو شاید وہاں میرے ٹکڑے بھی نہ ملتے۔ڈیڈ نے ایک ہی شرط رکھی تھی کہ میں کبھی بھی ان کے معاملات میں دخل اندازی نہیں کروں گی۔” اس کے رونے میں اب شدت آگئی تھی۔
” میں صرف نوسال کی تھی اور اتنا ڈر گئی تھی کہ پھر دوبارہ ڈیڈ کے سامنے آنے سے بھی ڈرنے لگی تھی۔اس لئیے جیسے جیسے میں بڑی ہوتی گئی گھر سے فرار کے راستے ڈھونڈنے لگی۔میں۔۔۔۔” ابھی وہ بات کرہی رہی تھی جب داعبہ اپنی جگہ سے اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی۔بدیعہ نے مایوسی سے اسے کمرے میں جاتے دیکھا۔
