انہوں نے غصے سے اس کی طرف دیکھتے ہوئے کہا تو میرب بھی ماتھے پر بل لیے ہوئے اپنی جگہ سے کھڑی ہوئی۔۔
” اچھا ہوا آپ خود یہاں آ گئی۔۔! ورنہ میں اپ کے پاس انے ہی والی تھی میں نے
صبح بھی اپ سے کہا تھا کہ میں نے اپ سے ایک ضروری بات کرنی ہے لیکن اپ کسی کام سے چلی گئی اور جب واپس آئیں تو اپنے کمرے میں چلی گئی
اتنا نہیں کیا اپ نے کہ میری وہ ضروری بات تھی سن لیں۔۔۔؟؟ “
میرب کے سخت لہجے کو دیکھتے ہوئے نرمین کے چہرے پر بھی غصے کے۔۔ تاثرات پھیلے۔۔۔
” یہ تم کس لہجے میں بات کر رہی ہوں مجھ سے بولو کیا بات کرنی تھی تم نے جس کے لیے اتنا گھٹیا لہجہ اپنایا ہے تم نے “

نرمین بلند اواز میں اس پر چیخیں تھیں اور میرب اس جتنی تو نہیں مگر سخت لہجے میں ہی یہ کہتے ہوئے نرمین کے چہرے کے ہر ایک تاثر کو ہوا میں اڑا چکی تھی۔۔

جانتی ہوں میں اب ضروری تو نہیں ہے کہ شادی ہو گئی ہے تو وہ اپنی عادتیں بدل لے گا اور ایک نشے کی ہی بری عادت ہے اس میں “
نرمین نے جب شدت سے بھرے ہوئے لہجے میں اس پر غصہ کیا تو میرب نے حیرانگی سے اس کی طرف دیکھا۔۔
” ایک منٹ۔۔ ! کیا یہ بات اپ جانتی تھی پہلے ہی ؟ اپ کو اس بارے میں معلوم تھا کہ وہ نشہ کرتا ہے ؟ پھر بھی اپ نے مجھ سے اتنا بڑا جھوٹ بولا کیوں میری زندگی برباد کرنے کا مقصد کیا تھا اپ کا؟ “
