انکل میری کچھ دن بعد شادی ہے تو میں وفا کو لینے آئی تھی لیکن آنٹی ۔

ہاں ہاں بیٹا جاؤ جاؤ اپنی دوست کو لے جاؤ

مگر  آنٹی  تو کہہ رہی تھی گھر میں کام ہے ۔

تمہاری آنٹی خود کر  لیں گی تم جاؤ  شاباش وفا  بیٹا جا کے تیار ہو جاؤ سونیا بیٹا خود بلا لے آئی ہے  تو تم جا ہی نہیں رہی ۔

جی پاپا تو یہ کہہ کر چلی گئی۔

سکینہ بیگم کی جہاں پہلے شادی ہوئی تھی اس میں سے اس کی نہ بیگم کا ایک بیٹا تھا جس کا نام کبیر تھا اس وہ بھی آوارہ دوستوں میں بیٹھا لگ گیا تھا گھر میں بہت کم ہی آتا تھا۔۔۔۔

سکینہ کو یہ سونیا بالکل بھی اچھی نہیں لگتی تھی یہ دوست وفا  کی کالج میں بنی تھی اس کے بعد ان کا کافی آنا جانا تھا۔  ۔۔

امجد  کو تو یہ سونیا بہت پسند تھی وفا کا ایک بھائی بھی تھا جس کا نام عمر تھا وہ بھی اپنی بہن سے بہت پیار کرتا تھا   بس امجد صاحب ہی ایک کمپنی میں جاب کرتے تھے۔

عمر  بھی پچیس سال کا تھا اور وفا 20 سال کی۔۔۔۔عمر ایک پولیس آفیسر تھا 

 وفا  کی ماں کے گزرنے کے بعد امجد صاحب بھی بیمار رہنے لگے تھے دو دفعہ اٹیک ہو چکا تھا وہ چاہتے تھے کہ اپنے رہتے ہوئے بچوں کی شادیاں  کر جاے ۔

سونیا کے گھر والے بھی زیادہ امیر نہیں تھے اسی لیے سونیا کی شادی بھی کر رہے تھے ہم لیکن آوارہ لڑکے کے ساتھ سونیا کے گھر والوں کو نہیں پتہ تھا۔۔۔۔کے وہ لڑکا کیسا ہے کیسا نہیں۔۔۔۔

بڑی بات ہے باہر گھومنے جانا ہے تو دیکھو کتنی تیزی سے ہاتھ چل رہے ہیں کوئی کام کہہ دو نکموں کی طرح آہستہ آہستہ ہاتھ چلتے ہیں.

 وفا  کو عادت ہو گئی تھی یہ سب سننے کی اس لیے ہے وہ اگنورکرتی جا رہی تھی۔

 جلدی آنا محترمہ گھر ۔

 آ کر کھانا بھی بنانا ہے۔

 جی جلدی آ جاؤں گی ۔

گھوم لو گھوم لو جتنا گھومنا ہے تمہاری بھی جلدی شادی کر دوں گی تاکہ جان چھوٹے گی۔

 تو وفا  نے اپنی اس ماں کو دیکھا ۔

ارے ارے میری نہیں تمہاری ان کاموں سے تو سکینہ بیگم تنزیہ مسکراہٹ اسے دکھا کر چلی گئی۔
