میں تم سے کہا تھا دانیال کی قبر پر قدم  بھی مت رکھنا۔

مگر پھر بھی تم یہاں آئی ہو۔۔۔؟” سخت اندا میں کہا

۔سیرت کے قدم رک گئے حیرانی سے محسن کی طرف پلٹی۔”

کیا کچھ غلط کیا میں نے دانیال کی قبر پر آکر۔” نظریں چراتے ہوئے کہا۔”

میں نے جو کہا تھا اس پر عمل کیوں نہیں کیا میں بس یہ پوچھ رہا ہوں

فالتو کی بکواس نہیں۔”چیختے ہوئے محسن نے کہا۔ سیرت کاپورا وجود کانپ گیا

محسن کی آواز سے۔ گہری سانس لیں سیرت نے اور قدم پیچھے کیے

اس کی آنکھوں سے آنسو بہنے لگ گئے۔”تم مجھ سےا تنی نفرت کیوں کرتے ہو۔۔۔؟”

با مشکل سیرت نے سوال کیا کانپتے ہونٹوں سے۔ محسن شدید غصے میں تھا۔”

تمہاری وجہ سے میں نے اپنا دوست کھو دیا اور پوچھ رہی ہو کہ

میں تم سے نفرت کیوں کرتا ہوں۔” سیرت کو بازو سے دبوچتے ہوئے کہا۔

سیرت سہم گئی۔”محسن پلیز چھوڑو مجھے تم مجھے تکلیف  پہنچا رہے ہو۔”

سسکتے ہوئے سیرت نے کہا۔”اور میری تکلیف کا کیا ۔۔۔؟

تمہیں ہم ہی ملے تھے مدد مانگنے کے لیے ۔۔۔؟کسی اور کی طرف نہیں جا سکتی تھی۔۔۔۔؟”

مزید سختی لاتے ہوئے لہجے میں محسن نے کہا۔”تو میں نے صرف مدد مانگی تھی۔ نہیں کرنی تھی نہ کرتے مدد اگر خطرہ محسوس ہو رہا تھا تو ۔ زبردستی نہیں کی تھی میں نے۔کہا بھی تھا کہ اب میری مدد مزید مت کرو ۔ مگر تم نے نہیں مانی میری بات۔ کہا تھا مجھے میر کے حوالے کر دو پر سکون طریقے سے نہیں مانے تم۔ اب میں کیا کروں تم بتا دو مجھے۔”

بری طرف روتے ہوئے سیرت نے کہا محسن نے اسے شدید قہر کے عالم میں دھکا دیا۔ سیرت  نے گرتے گرتے خود کو سنبھالا۔”ایک کام کر سکتی ہو۔۔۔ چلی جاؤ یہاں سے اور دوبارہ میرے سامنے مت آنا۔ مجھے تمہاری مدد کر کے کوئی افسوس نہیں ہے۔ 

فخر محسوس کرتا ہوں میں خود پر کہ میں نے ایک مظلوم اور معصوم لڑکی کی جان و عزت محفوظ کی۔ مگر جب دانیال کی موت کا منظر میری آنکھوں کے

سامنے تازہ ہوتا ہے تو میری تکلیف ناقابلِ برداشت ہوجاتی ہے۔ دانیال کی موت کا منظر تمہیں دیکھ کر میری آنکھوں کے سامنے تازہ ہوتا ہے۔ اسی لیے دور ہوجاؤ میری نظروں کےسامنے سے نہیں دیکھنا چاہتا ہوں میں تمہیں۔ چلی جاؤ۔۔۔۔!” آخری جملہ چیختے ہوئے کہا۔
