ارمغان کی نبض بہت آہستہ چل رہی تھی۔ زینہ نے گھبرا کر اس کی سانسیں شمار کی تھیں۔

اس کا سرخ و سپید چہرہ بے سدھ تھا۔وہ جاندار نیلی آنکھیں، جو ہر بار زینہ کے دل کی دھڑکن بڑھا دیتی تھیں ساکن تھیں۔ زینہ کی آنکھیں بار بار بھر رہیں تھیں۔

اس نے ارمغان کو چیک کیا۔

اسے سانس لینے میں دشواری ہو رہی تھی۔

“اگر وہ سانس نہیں لے پا رہا تو اسے مصنوعی تنفس کی ضرورت ہے! “

۔زینہ فوراً ہی ارمغان کے لبوں پر جھکی تھی۔ وہ اس کے لبوں کو دباؤ دیتی تیزی سے اپنی سانسیں اس میں منتقل کرنے لگی تھی۔

ایک بار ترکی کے ساحل پر اسی طرح زینہ نے اپنی سانسیں اس کے بے ہوش وجود میں منتقل کر کے اسے جینے کی نوید دی تھی۔

آج پھر وہ ویسی ہی جانفشانی سے اس کی سانسیں بحال کرنے کی جدوجہد کر رہی تھی۔

فرق یہ تھا کہ اس پل ارمغان کے لبوں پر سمندر کے پانی کا نمکین ذائقہ تھا اور آج زینہ کے اپنے آنسوؤں کے باعث اس کے لبوں میں نمکیات گھلی ہوئی تھیں۔

تب اگر وہ دوبارہ سانس نہ لے پاتا تو زینہ کو محض ایک اجنبی کی موت کا دکھ ہوتا۔۔۔۔ آج اگر وہ سانس نہ لے پاتا تو زینہ بھی اپنی سانسیں ہار جاتی۔۔۔۔

اسے یوں ارمغان کے لبوں پہ جھکے دیکھ کر وہاں موجود آفس اسٹاف سکتے میں آگیا تھا۔

اسکندر برادران اپنے آس پاس صنفِ مخالف کو ٹکنے نہیں دیتے تھے اور یہ لڑکی سب کے سامنے یہ کیا کر رہی تھی۔۔۔۔

“یہ۔۔۔ یہ۔۔۔ کیا ہورہا ہے؟ “

وہاں دھیمی آواز میں چہ مگوئیاں شروع ہوگئیں تھیں۔

عرشمان اور التان زینہ کو ارمغان کو سی پی آر دیتے دیکھ کر ہلکا سا جز بز ہوۓ تھے لیکن اس کی وجہ ان دونوں کا لحاظ اور احترام تھا۔

زینہ ہر چیز سے بے خبر ارمغان میں اپنی سانسیں منتقل کر رہی تھی۔

وہ اب ارمغان کے دل کے مقام پر دباؤ ڈالتی اس کی دھڑکن گن رہی تھی۔

“ارمغان پلیز۔۔۔۔ اگر تمہیں کچھ ہوگیا تو میں کیسے جیونگی۔۔۔ “

زینہ کی آواز زیادہ بلند نہیں تھی لیکن ہوش کی دنیا میں داخل ہوتے ارمغان کے کانوں نے اس کی آواز صاف سنی تھی۔

زینہ نے ایک بار پھر سے اپنا چہرہ ارمغان کے چہرے کے نزدیک لے جاتے اس کے کھلے ہونٹوں پہ اپنے ہونٹ رکھے تھے۔ وہ اسے اپنی سانسیں دینے ہی والی تھی۔

کہ ارمغان کے لبوں میں جنبش ہوئی تھی اوراس نے زینہ کے کپکپاتے لبوں کو کمزور سی گرفت میں لیا تھا۔

زینہ نے فوراً اسے پیچھے دھکیلا تھا۔

“ارمغان؟؟ “

اس کی شہد رنگ آنکھیں اس کی نیلی آنکھوں میں جھانک رہی تھیں۔
